RESOLUTION NO. ~-12k ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WRY, ROBERT I. BROCKBANKand BESSIE BROCKBANK, husband and wife, as <br />Joint tenants, subject to the effect of a declaration of homestead executed by <br />ROBERT I. BROCKBANKand BESSIE L.
