RESOLUTION NO. ~-12~ ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WNEBEAS~ HAZEL M. MAXWELL, subject to the effect of a declaration of <br />homestead, executed by Hazel M. Maxwell, recorded June 16, 1939, in book 999, <br />page 188, Official Records, Hazel M.
