RESOLUTION NO. ~-132 ACCEPTING GRANT D~ <br /> <br /> ~ EVERETT RODNEY ENGEL, a married m,n, and RODGER ROY ENGEL~ <br />a m~rried man, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated April <br />26, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over the West 15 feet of <br />the East 670 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of <br />~ain Street, of the following described land: <br /> <br /> That portion of the land allotted to Abel Stearns in Decree of <br />Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book B <br />of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of Los Angeles <br />County , California, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 174.1 feet North of the Northeast corner of <br />Section l, in Township 5 South, Range l0 West, which is the Northeast <br />corner of the land allotted to William Ferguson in said Decree of <br />Partition; thence North 179 feet; thence West 1587.8 feet to the <br />Easterly line of the Southern Pacific Railway right of way; thence <br />Southeasterly 225 feet along said right of way to the Northwest corner <br />of land described in deed to W. J.
