RESOLUTION NO. 55-133 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WBEREAS, JEROME B. WALDEN and BRJ.~N S. WALDEN have presented to the <br />City Council a grant deed, dated March 30, 1955, conveying property in the <br />City~ Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over the West 15 feet of <br />the East 670 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of <br />Main Street, of the following described land: <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described in parcels as follows: <br /> <br /> PARCEL l: A portion of Section 31, in Township ~ South, Range 9 <br />West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and Section 36, in Township <br />4 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, more parti- <br />cularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of <br />Section l, in Township 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base <br />and Meridian said point being in the center line of North Main Street, <br />City of Santa Aha; running thence (with bearings based on the North <br />line of said Section i as East) North 0° 07' 30" East 17~.lO feet <br />along said center line; thence South 89° 58' West 1452.23 feet to a <br />point in the Northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Railway Company's <br />lO0.O0 foot right of way; thence Southeasterly 215.00 feet along said <br />Northeasterly right of way line to its intersection with the South line <br />of Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian; <br />thence East 1324.58 feet along said Township line and the South line <br />of Township ~ South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, <br />to the point of beginning; <br /> <br /> RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs and assigns the nonex- <br />clusive right to connect to and use said Sanitary Sewer for disposal <br />of domestic sewage without the payment of any part of the cost of in- <br />stalling said Sanitary Sewer, which said right is the consideration <br />for this grant in lieu of any cash consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1955o <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CLERK OF TF~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, E~!A K~ELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1955, and was at <br />said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES~ COUNCII/~EN: Dale H.
