~ESOLUTION NO. 55-13~ ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, JENNIE M. MARTINEZ has presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated May 2, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Commencing at a point on the East line of English Street 620 feet North of the Northeast corner of Hickey and English Streets; running thence East parallel with the North line of Hickey Street, 228.82 feet to a point; thence North parallel with the East line of English Street, 55.26 feet, more or less, to the North line of the land conveyed to W. H. Young by deed recorded in book 270, page 397, of Deeds, records of Orange County, California; thence West along the North line of the land conveyed by said deed 228.82 feet to the East line of English Street and thence South along the East line of English Street 55.26 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOP~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of May, 1955.
