RESOLUTION NO. 75-13 <br /> <br />CONCerNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking 11mltations created by Resolution No. 5$-10 <br />adopted the 25th day of January, 195~, and ordering the curb painted GB~, and <br />declaring that the time l~m~tatic~s shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) <br />minutes and no longer, as fellows: <br /> <br />On the west side between Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br />The North ~O feet of the South 80 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded and the Acting Director of ~Lic Works is <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be re~oved or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and l~mttations <br />as set forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Aha ~mtcipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br />BRISTOL STREET <br /> <br />On the West side betwee~ Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br />The South 22 feet. <br /> <br />and said curb along said Street shall be painted O~w.w~ and shall bear a legend <br />in ~hite letters thereon indicating that the m,Y~m time 11mtt for parking <br />shall be twenty-four (2~) minutes and the Acting Director of Public Works is <br />hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the gtty of Santa Aha at its regular <br />meeting held on the 2nd day of <br /> <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE )~S <br /> 0~Y OF SANTA ANA ) <br />ATTEST: ~. <br /> Olerk of the Council <br /> <br />· , 1955. <br /> <br />I, ERdA ~.w.~, Clerk of the ~ouncil of the City of Santa Ama, do hereby <br />certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted <br />bY2n~de City Council of the City of Santa Ama at its regular meeting held on the <br /> day of ~£ay , 1955, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, OOUNC~ Dale H.
