RESOLUTION NO. 55-1%? ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, E~I~ENE BRESSEL and ~ERESA BRESSEL, husband and wife, have pre- <br />sented to the City Council a grant deed dated May 10, 1954, conveying property <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California described as: <br /> An easement for street purposes over <br /> Parcel 1. <br /> A strip of land 60 feet in ~idth, the canter line of which is <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the center line of Olive Street distant <br /> thereon North 0° 09' 00" East 146.37 feet from the intersection of the <br /> center line of Olive Street with the monu~ented center line of Fifteenth <br /> Street, as shown .on Tract No. 1012 as recorded in Book 33, Page 19 of <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, said point being 1 foot <br /> South of the North line of the l~d described in the deed to Carols Rogers, <br /> a single woman, recorded June 24, 19~ in Book 1263, page 4% of Official <br /> Records, and ru~t~g thence North O° 09' 00" East along the Northerly ex- <br /> tension of the center line of said Olive Street 1 foot to the North line <br /> of the land described in the above mentioned deed. <br /> Parcel 2. <br /> A strip of land 60 feet in width, the center line of which is described <br /> as follows: <br /> Begi~-~g at a point in the center l~e of Lowell Street distant thereon <br /> North 0° 09' 00" East 147.04 feet from the intersection of the canter line <br /> of Lowell Street with the monumented center line of Fifteenth Street as <br /> shown on Tract No. 1032, as recorded in Book 33, at Page 42, Miscellaneous <br /> Maps, records of said Orange County, said point befng within 1 foot of the <br /> North line of the land described in the deed to Carols Rogers, a single <br /> woman, recorded June 24, 1944 in Book 1263, at Page 45 of Official Records, <br /> and running th~uce North O° O9' 00" East along the Northerly extension of <br /> the center line of said Lowell Street, 1 foot to the North line of the <br /> land described in the above mentioned deed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOL¥~: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed <br />and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded <br />with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPT~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 6th day of Jtme , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CL~tX OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />Ih EP.
