RESOLUTION NO .... 7~ DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />SETBACK LINES ON BOTH SIDES OF SANTIAGO AVFLNUE BETWEEN <br />WASHINGTON AVENUE AND THE SANTA ANA FREEWAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, on May 5, 1952, the Santa Ana }~unicipal <br />Code was adopted and said Code omitted the setback line on Santiago <br />Avenue established prior thereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council believes that there is need for <br />the continuation and re-enactment of said setback line; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to continue <br />and re-establish a setback line as provided for in Sections 9155 <br />through 9158 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code as follows: <br /> <br /> Santiago Avenue on both sides, between <br /> Washington Avenue and the Santa Ana Free- <br /> way, 55 feet from the center line measured <br /> at right angles. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the ~th <br />day of July, 1955 in the Council Chambers is hereby established as <br />the time and place when all persons having any objection to the re- <br />establishment of said proposed setback lines may appear and be <br />heard. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is <br />hereby directed to give notice by publishing a copy of this Reso- <br />lution, once in the Santa Ana Independent and the Engineer's Office <br />is directed to post one copy of this Resolution conspicuously on <br />said street in front of each block or part thereof, where said set- <br />back line is proposed to be established.
