RESOLUTION NO. 55-178 REQUESTING THAT THE PLANNING COM- <br />MISSION CONSIDER AND HOLD HEARINGS ON AN AMENDMENT TO <br />SECTION 9107.10 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that the uses permitted under the P <br />(Parking and Professional District) do not clearly allow admini- <br />strative type office buildings which use the Council considers the <br />highest type use other than residential; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby initiates and hereby requests that the <br />Planning Commission give notice of and hold two public hearings on <br />the question of amending Section 9107.10, Subdivision (b) to read <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 9107.10. <br /> <br />Ana at <br /> <br /> P (Parking and Professional District) <br /> Uses Permitted. <br /> "(b) Offices of doctors, dentists, attorneys, ac- <br /> <br /> countants, engineers, architects, real estate <br /> brokers, agents and salesmen, insurance offices <br /> for agencies, brokers and salesmen, administrative <br /> office buildings and other similar business offices <br /> where no merchandise is offered for sale." <br /> <br />PASSED ~ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />its regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, ERMA EEELER, do hereby certify that I am the <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was r~egUlarly <br />introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the bth day of <br />June, 1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the <br />following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCIIA~N: J.
