RESOLUTION NO. 55-186 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. TRETHEWAY and M. IRENE TRETHEWAY, hus- <br />band and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed <br />dated June 13th, 1955 in consideration of payment of $320.00, <br />conveying property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 <br />feet of that portion of Tract No. 999, as shown on a <br />map thereof recorded in book 33, page 10, Miscellaneous <br />Naps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East line of said Tract <br />No. 999, North 0° 13' East 64 feet from the Southeast <br />corner thereof, said Southeast corner being the North- <br />west corner of the intersection of Pine Street and Bris- <br />tol Street in said City of Santa Ann, as shown on said <br />map, and running thence Westerly along a line parallel <br />with the Northerly line of Pine Street, 126 feet; thence <br />Northerly~ parallel with the Westerly line of Bristol <br />Street, b4 feet; thence Easterly.parallel with the <br />Northerly line of Pine Street 12b feet to the Easterly <br />line of said Tract No. 999; thence Southerly along said <br />Easterly line 64 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of June , 1955. <br />ATTEST~/~.__ ~~f~~_ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CYTY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERNA KW~.LER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 20th day of June , 1955, and was at said meeting regu- <br />larly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
