RESOLUTION NO. 55-187 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ELMER LEE MYLAR & KATHLEEN B. MYLAR have presented <br />to the City Council a grant deed dated June 8, 1955, conveying <br />property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Cal- <br />ifornia, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes, over the following de- <br />scribed property: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot "A" of the <br />"Parker Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, <br />Page 49, of Miscellaneous gaps, records of Orange County, <br />California; thence North 0 24' 00" East along the Easterly <br />line of said Lot "A", 257.95 feet to a point on the Southerly <br />line of the Pacific Electric Railway right-of-way, 100.00 <br />feet wide; thence North 89° 37' 30" West, along said Southerly <br />lfne,.39.54 feet to a point; thence South 0° 25' 00" West <br />275-74 feet, and parallel to the Easterly llne of said Lot <br />"A" and the Easterly line of Lot "C" of the "Fisher Tract" <br />as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, at Page 90, of Miscel- <br />laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, California, to <br />a point in the Westerly extension of the center line of Third <br />Street, 60 feet wide, as shown on said map of the "Fisher <br />Tract"; thence East along said extension, 33.22 feet to a <br />point in the West line of said Lot "C"; thence North 0° 24' <br />00" East, along maid West line, 17.56 feet to the Northwest <br />co~ner of said Lot "C"; thence East 6.32 feet along the <br />Northerly line of Lot "C" to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council <br />at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />ATTESTI ~ <br /> CLE ~0F THE C~0UNCIL <br /> <br /> of the City of Santa Ana <br />20th day of June , 1955. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERNA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 20th day of Jane , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and' adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
