RESOLUTION NO. 55-196 ACCEPTING GF~nNT DEED WHEREAS, LUCIA O. CORDOVA, a widow, has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 20th, 1955, in consideration of payment of $120.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Cali- fornia, described as: An easement for street purposes over and across: Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot One in Bloc~ "H" of So~th Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Boo~ 5, page 43 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, 24.28 feet Northerly from the Southwest corner of said Lot One; thence North along said West line 125.15 feet to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence North 89° 59' 10" East along the North line of said Lot One, 7.98 feet to a point; thence South 2° 53' 40" West 91.73 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 350 feet an arc distance of 33.79 feet to the point of beginning. Above bearings based on the West line of said Lot One running due North and South. N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to c~use said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
