RESOLUTION NO. ~-202 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RALPH J. and B0~NIE N. MITCHELL have presented to the City Council <br />a grant deed dated July 8th, 19~, conveying property described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes of the following described <br />property: Beginning at a point on the monumented center line <br />of Chestnut Avenue 828.13 feet easterly from a point on the <br />Westerly line of Section 17, Township ~ South, Range 9 West, <br />San Bernardino Base and Meridian, 1072.~0 feet Southerly from <br />the Northwest Corner of said Section l?; thence Southerly along <br />a straight line at right angles with the monumented center line <br />of said Chestnut Avenue ~2.00 feet to a point; thence Easterly <br />along a line parallel with said monumented center line of Chestnut <br />Avenue 518.00 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a straight <br />line which makes an angle of 90° with said monumented center line <br />of Chestnut Avenue 52.00 feet to said center line; thence Westerly <br />along said center line ~18.00 feet to the point of beginning; <br />EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof previously granted for <br />Chestnut Avenue. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed <br />and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded <br />with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br />meetir~ held on the 18th day of Ju~y , 19~5. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> I, ERMA ~EELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of Jul~ · 19~, <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopt--~y the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
