RESOLUTION NO. 55-203 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~RGARET L. HALL, a married woman, has presented to the City <br />Council a grant deed dated July 8, 1955 in consideration of payment of $72,624.00 <br />conveying property described as: <br /> <br />A portion of the land allotted to F. W. Koll in partition of the <br />Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of <br />the 17th Judicial Court of Los Angeles County, California, located <br />in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Standard Avenue 1320.01 <br />feet Southerly from the intersection of theocenter line of Standard <br />Avenue and McFadden Street; thence South 89 15' 09" West 546.60 <br />feet to a point; thence South 0° 37' 15" West 1127.70 feet to a <br />point; thence South 89° 22' 45" East 547.47 feet to a point; thence <br />North 0° 34' 10" East 1140.76 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />RESERVING an easement for maintenance of existing pipe line along <br />the %~esterly side of Standard Avenue. <br /> <br />ALSO RESERV~fG an easement for maintenance of existing lateral irri- <br />gation pipe lines necessary to irrigate trees on property adjacent on <br />West. <br /> <br />Said land is included within the area shown on a map filed in Book 29 <br />Page 9 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of <br />said Connty. <br /> <br /> NOW, TH~-tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Comucil is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
