RESOLUTION NO. 55-208 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

<br /> WHEREAS, INTERSTATE BAMERIES CORPORATION, a Corporation, has presented to
<br />the City Council a grant deed dated July 12, 1955 conveying property described as:

<br /> An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over the West 15 feet of the
<br />East 670 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of Main
<br />Street, of all that certain real property situated in the City of Sant&
<br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described in parcels as follows:
<br />
<br /> PARCEL 1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 1, in Township
<br />5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of
<br />Santa Aha; thence Westerly along the North line of said Section, 1325 feet,
<br />more or less, to the Easterly line of the right of way of the Southern
<br />Pacific Railroad Company; thence Southeasterly along said Easterly line to
<br />the Northwest corner of the land of M. Durnbaugh, as described in an agree-
<br />ment establishing the boundary line of said Durnbaugh, s land, recorded
<br />October lC, 1907, in book 156, page 385, Deed, records of said Orange County;
<br />thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the land of said Durnbaugh, as
<br />established by said agreement, and along the Northerly line of the land
<br />conveyed to M. M. Cole by deed recorded Janua~~ 20, 1911, in book 183,
<br />page 276, Deeds, records of said Orange County, to the Northeast corner of
<br />said land conveyed to M. M. Cole, said point being in the center line of
<br />'Main Street; thence Northerly along the center line of Main Street, 136.1
<br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

<br /> angle of 3° 14' 29" an arc length of 683.06 feet; thence North 49 04' 32"
<br /> West 132.02 feet; thence North 38° 54' 37" West, 238.38 feet; thence North
<br /> 41° 50' 12" ~est, 344.65 feet to a line parallel with and distant North-
<br /> easterly 80 feet, measured at right angles, from said Northeasterly right of

<br />thence North 88° O~' East along the North line of said Lot 4 and along the
<br />North line of Lot 1 in Bloc~ A of said Tract No. 511 and the Easterly
<br />extension thereof 208.22 feet to a ooint in the center line of Main Street
<br />as sho~m on said map; thence North ~ 45 East along the center line of said
<br />Main Street, 0.49 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the land
<br />conveyed to M. M. Cole by deed recorded January 20, 1911, in book 183, page
<br />276, Deeds, records of said Orange County, thence Westerly along the North-
<br />erly line of the land conveyed to said M. M. Cole 208.22 feet, more or less,
<br />to a point in the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of said Lot 4;
<br />thence Southerly along said extended line 0.66 feet to the point of begin-
<br />ning;
<br /> RESERVING unto Grantors, their heirs and a~signs the nonexclusive right
<br />to connect to and use said Sanitary Sewer for disposal of domestic sewage
<br />without the payment of any part of the cost of installing said Sanitary
<br />Sewer, which said right is the consideration for this grant in lieu of any
<br />cash consideration.
