RESOLUTIONN0. 55-212 RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, AP~ROVING REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FTT,~ WITH THE TAX COT~CTOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ama did, on the 21st day of March, 1955, pass Resolution No. 55-85 determining and declaring that weeds ~hich bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry and which are noxious and dangerous were growing upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the itemized report submitted herewith; and ~S, on the 2nd day of May, 1955, the City Council f~rther passed Resolution No. 55-116, ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; and WHerEAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as required by law, in which notice the 1st day of August, 1955, at the hour of 7:30 otclock P.M., was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place, where enyand all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Saperintendent submitted the said report, and all of said protests or objections to said report having been heard; and IT IS HEREBY HESOLVEDbythe City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objections to the said report of t he work done, be, and the same are hereby, overraled, and the report affirmed; and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby, directed to file a copy of said report with ~he Tax 0ellector.
