RESOLUTION NO. 55-216.. AUTHORIZING EXECUTI0i~ OF CITY DEED WHEREAS', heretofore, the City declared certain real property to be un- necessary for City purposes and offered the same for sale in accordance with the provisions of Section 2613 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and at the sale there- of, the Orange County Medical Association was found and determined to be the highest and best bidder; NOW, THEHEFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Orange County Medical Associ- ation, a deed to the o~'operty herein described upon receipt by the City of the balauce of purchase price of $21,600.00 less the usual Seller's escrow fee, title policy fee and cost of drawing deed but without deduction for revenue stamps. The real property authorized to be conveyed hereby is described as: That portion of Lot i of Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book h, Page 624 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Main Street distant North 0° 34' 19" East 85.92 feet from its intersection with the center line of Edgewood Road as shown on a map of Tract No. 139 recorded in Book ll, Page 36 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South O° 34' 19" West 85.92 feet to said center line of Edgewood Road; thence continuing South O° 34' 19" West 129.27 feet along said center line of Main Street; thence North 89° 25' 41" West 33 feet to the Westerly line of said Main Street and the beginning of a curve concave to the North having a radius of 43 feet, said curve being tangent to said Westerly line; thence Southerly, South- westerly, Westerly and Northwesterly 109.31 feet through an angle of 145° 38' 38" ; thence North 33° 47' 03" West 236.00 feet; to the begin- ning of a tangent curve concave to the Southwest having a radius of feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve to its intersection with a line passing through the ~oint of beginning which bears North 89° 25' 41" West; thence South 89u 2~' 41" East 276.~1 feet to the point of be- ginning.
