RESOL~TION ~0. 55-225 ACCEPTING GRA~qT DEED <br /> <br /> %fHEREAS, ~R C~T CORP0i~TION has presented to the City Council a grant <br />deed dated October 11, 1954, conYeying property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for the construction, maintenance and repair of a water <br />supply main and/or a sanitary sewer main over, under and across that real <br />property described as a strip of land 36 feet in width, lying 18 feet <br />on each side of the following described line: <br /> <br /> Beginning in the North line of the Southeast one-quarter of Frac- <br />tional Section 30, Township ~ South, i~ange 9 West, San Bernardino <br />MeridianA Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, at a point distant thereon <br />Norta 89~ 04' 45" West !,353.64 feet from a bolt marking the intersec- <br />tion of said North line with the Northwesterly line of Irvine's Subdi- <br />vision, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Mis- <br />cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County~ California, and run- <br />ning thence South 0° 55' 15" West 580.00 feet.
