RESOLUTION NO. 55-231 <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee in that certain deed hereinbelow referred <br />to, has offered for recording, a Final Nap of Tract No. 2752 and <br />has asked the City to convey certain land owned by the City along <br />the frontage of Myrtle Street and to remove its chlorinator there- <br />from to certain other land granted to the City to the North thereof, <br />all at the expense of said Grante~ and for the benefit of said <br />Grantee; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, a satisfactory arrangement for the installation of <br />stonm drains and the payment of the costs of relocating the chlori- <br />nation station have been made; <br /> <br /> NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver a quitclaim <br />deed in the name of the City of Santa Aha quitclaiming to CATHERINE <br />H. SIEGEL, a married woman, whatever right, title or interest the <br />City may have in and to that certain property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of 0range, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The South 17 feet of the North 42 feet of tlie Wast [~0 feet <br />of Lot 4 of Tract No. 488 as shown on a Hap recorded in'Book <br />17, Page ~ of ~iscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, <br /> EXCEPTING THEHEFROM the West 30 feet. <br /> RESERVIi~ unto the Grantor herein an easement for drainage <br />purposes over the above described land. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND AD0.
