RESOLUTION NO. 55-238 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WINNIE FARRAR TRIPLETT, a widow, has presented to <br />the City Council a grant deed dated August 17, 1955 conveying prop- <br />erty described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over, <br />The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br /> Lot 5 in Block 3 of the South Side Additions to Santa <br />Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3, <br />Page ~%, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of ~eptember · 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST~~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 6th day of September , 1955, and was at said meeting <br />regu~-~ passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
