RESOLUTION N~55~251 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> VfH~EAS, the CITY OF SANTA ANA acquired certain property from MARGARET HALL <br />in consideration of the payment of $36,312.00 to be paid through escrow, for <br />the purpose of a school building location and a public park on the agreement with <br />the SANTA ANA SCHOOL DISTRICT that they would pay one-half of the purchase price <br />and accept one-half of the net area for school purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council <br />are hereby directed to execute and deliver a grant deed in the name of the CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, granting to SANTA ANA SCHOOL DISTRICT OF C~L~NGE COUNTY, whatever <br />right, title or interest the CITY may ha~e in and to that certain property de- <br />scribed as: <br /> <br />A portion of the land allotted to F. W.
