RF~OLUTION NO, 55-265 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PA~gTNG LIF~ITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> RE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations created by Resolution <br />No. 55-2~7, adopted em August 15, 1955, ordering the curb painted RED, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WEST THIRD STREET <br /> <br />On the south side of West Third Street, between Sycamore St. and Main St., <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br /> <br /> West l0 feet <br /> <br />East 10 feet of the West 60 feet <br />East l0 feet of the West llO feet <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works <br />is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations <br />as set forth in Sectio~ 3213 of the Santa Ana Manicipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> WEST THIRD STREET <br /> <br />On the south side of West Third Street, between Sycamore St. and Main St., <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br /> <br /> West l~feet <br /> <br />East 8 feet of the West 62 feet <br />East 8 feet of the West llO feet <br />and said cu~ along said streets shall be paintedRED, and the Acting Director <br />of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as <br />hereinahove described. <br /> <br /> PASSEDAND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 7~h day of November , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> Clerk of the Coumcil <br /> <br /> <br />
