RESOLUTION NO. 55-272 <br /> <br /> CONCERNING PARKING LIMITAT~C~S AND CUHB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THE~A~WITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~m~tations created by Resolution <br />No. 55-228, adopted on August 15, 1955, ordering the curb painted RED, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> N~RTH SYCAMORE STREET <br /> <br />On the east side of Sycamore, between Second St. and Third St., as follows: <br /> <br /> North 9 feet of the South 171 feet <br /> <br />and the parking l~mitations created by Resolution No. 55-2~7, adopted on <br />September 26, 1955, ordering the curb painted Yellow, as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH SYCAMORE STREET <br /> <br />On the east side of Sycamore, between Second St. and Third St., as follows: <br /> <br /> North 20 feet of the South 191 feet <br /> <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works <br /> <br />is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of C,1t fornia and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and ldmltations as set <br />forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH SYCAMORE STREET <br /> <br />On the east side of Sycamore, between Second St. and Third St., as follows: <br /> <br /> North 27 feet of the South 191 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said streets shall be painted YELLOW and the Acting Director <br />of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Arm at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the ?th day of November , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
