RESOLUTION NO. 55-275 GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA OF THAT CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRI- TORY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND DESIGNATED "SECCOMBE ANNEX NO. l" AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF PROTESTS THEltET0 WHEREAS, the Boundary Commission of Orange Count~ California has approved the description of certain real property as herein set out for the purpose of annexation and the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has approved the annexation of said territory; and ~HEREAS, the owners of said real property have filed a petition with the Clerk of the Council, requesting that the City of Santa Ana, California annex said real property, stating that the sa~e is unin- habited, consenting in writing that said real property may be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of said City contracted prior to such annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to annex all of said territory under the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Ter- ritory Act of 1939 and finds and hereby declares that said territory is deemed uninhabited since it had less than 12 registered voters resid- ing in it on November 7, 1955, the date when said petition was filed, that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, California, lies in the County of Orange, and is described as: Beginning at an angle point in the City boundary of the City of ~anta Aha, said angle point being a point on the center line of Dyer Road distant South 89° 45' 00" East 1999.72 feet from the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 5 Sou~h, Range 9 West~ San Bernardino Base and Meridian; thence South 0w 30' 50" East 668.58 feet along said CitYoBOundary to an angle point in said City boundary; thence South 89 45' East 322.00 feet along said City b~undary to an angle point in said City bound~ry; thence South 0v 30' 50" East 1.42 feet; thence South 89v 45' 00" East 140.00 feet and along the South line of Lot 13 in Block A, of the ~eccombe Addition to Dyer as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 8, Page 17, of Miscellaneous Maps Records of Orange County, State of California to the West line of Harbor Road as shown on said map of Seccombe Addition; thence South 0° 30' 50" East 668.03 feet along said West line of Harbor Road and its Southerly extension to point in said City boundary and to the Northerly line of the Seccombe Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 8, page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County California; thence North 89° 31' 42" West 417.89 feet along said City boundary line and along said Northerly line of the Seccombe Tract to an angle point in said
