RESOLUTION NO. 55-280 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, FRANC S. DAVIS, a married woman, as her separate prop- e~ty, has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November lb, 1955 in consideration of payment of $1,085.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,'State of California de- scribed as: An easement for street purposes over the following desc~ed property: PARCEL l: The Easterly 10.00 feet of Lot i of Tract No. 680, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 21, page 5, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. PARCEL 2: That portion of said Lot i described as a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly by the North line of said Lot l, bounded Easterly by the Sest line of Parcel l, and bounded Southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent with said North line of Lot 1 and tangent to said West line of Parcel 1. NOW, THEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21~t .. day of November , 1955.
