RESOLUTION NO. 55-281 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, H. F. DeWALD and OPAL DeWALD, husband and Wife, have <br />presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 9th, 1955, <br />in consideration of payment of $325.00, conveying property in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> PARCEL 1. The Easterly 10 feet of Lot 22 of Tract No. 662, <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 24, Page 17, Miscella- <br />neous Maps, Records of said Orange County. <br /> <br /> PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly <br />by the South line of said Lot 22, bounded Easterly by the West <br />line of Parcel l, and bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a curve <br />concave Northwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent <br />to said South line of Lot 22, and tangent to said West line of <br />Parcel 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED Al~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955- <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 21st day of Novem~? , 1955, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
