RESOLUTION NO. 55-286 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PAUL B. ANDERSON and ERMA A. ANDERSON, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 2, 1955 <br />conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for sewer lines, water lines and surface <br />drainage purposes over the South 30 feet of that portion <br />of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, in Township 5 South, <br />Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described <br />as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point 984 feet Nest of the common corner <br />of Sections ll, 12, 13 and 14, in Township 5 South, Range l0 <br />West, and running thence South 330 feet; thence East 191 <br />feet; thence North 330 feet; thence West 191 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AlO ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE CO~JN~IL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIF0~WIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 21st day of ..
