RESOLUTION NO. ~-288 ACCE~TING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY TITLE CONPANY, a Corporation, has pre- <br />sented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 16, 1955, in <br />consideration of payment of $65,000.00, conveying property in the City <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Lots Seven and Ten in Block Seventeen of "Town of Santa <br />Ana", as shown on a Nap recorded in Book 2, page 51 of <br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> C'LERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CITY OF S~TA ANA <br /> <br /> I, ERNA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 21st day of November _ , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCIL~N: Dale Ho Heinly, J.
