RESOL~TIONNO. 55-293 <br /> <br /> CONCEP~ING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br /> <br /> of the State of California and Section 3~01 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br /> the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set <br /> f6~h in Section 3215 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH BAKER STREET <br /> <br />~On the east side of North Baker Street, between Washington Avenue and Fifteenth <br /> <br /> Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> The north ~90 feet of the south ~5 feet <br /> <br /> and said curb along said street shall be ~ainted C~ and shall bear a legend <br /> in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time 11mtt for parking shall <br /> be twenty-four (2~) minutes and the Acting Director of Public Works is hereby <br /> directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br /> <br /> meeting held on the 21st day of November , 1955. <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL ~R <br /> <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br /> 0OUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERNA ~LE~, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council ef <br /> the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br /> to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Novemh~ , 1955~ <br /> and was at said meeting regularly passed and adepted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILM~N: Dale H.
