RESOLUTION NO. 55-300 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EMMA CHILDERS, a widow, has presented to the City <br />Council agrant deed dated November ll, 1955 in consideration of pay- <br />ment of $2~0.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of <br />the Westerly 16.67 feet of the following described property: <br />The West 152.50 feet of the North 50 feet of the South 100 <br />feet of the following: <br />Commencing at a point 325 feet West of the Northeast corner of <br />Lot 4 in Block "A" of Hedges Addition to the City of Santa Ana, <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscel- <br />laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running <br />thence North Parallel to the West line of Baker Street, 374 feet; <br />thence West 325 feet to the East line of Bristol Street as said <br />street existed on May 26, 1908; thence South along the East line <br />of Bristol Street, 374 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 19 <br />in Block "B" of Hedges Addition, and thence East 325 feet to the <br />place of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5~ day of December , 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was reg- <br />ularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held o~ the 5th <br />day of D~ece~oer , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed and-- <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
