RESOLUTION NO. 55-301 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, CHILDERS HATCHERY, a co-partnership, comprised of EMMA CHILDERS, TESSIE BUTLER and MERTON BUTLER, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November ll, 19~5 in consider- ation of payment of $170.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the Westerly ? feet of the following described p~operty: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot i of the "Montgomery Tract" also known as "Tract No. 33", as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 9, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, running thence East along the South line of said Lot, 130 feet; thence North and parallel to the West line of said Lot, 50 feet; thence West and parallel to the South line of said Lot l, a distance of 130 feet to the West line of said Lot l; thence South along the West line of said Lot, 50 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly l0 feet thereof. NOW, I'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
