RESOLUTION NO. 55-303 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, VERNON E. N~DISON and ELLA I. ~DISON, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 16, 1955 in consideration ~f payment of $385.00, conveying property in the City of ~anta Ana, Uounty of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the following de- scribed property: PARCEL 1: The Easterly 10 feet of the Westerly 16.67 feet of Lot 22 in Block B of Hedges Addition to Santa Ann, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the South line of said Lot 22, bounded Westerly by the East line of Parcel l, bounded Northeasterly by the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said South line of Lot 22 and tangent to said East line of Parcel 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of December , 1955.
