RESOLUTION NO. 55-304 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED wife, 1955, ~EREAS, JOE CASTANEDA and HORTENSIA CASTANEDA, husband and have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated October conveying property described as: That portion of Lot 9 in Block 7 of Tract No. 39, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 9 Page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Co~ner of said Lot 9; thence Easterly 48 feet along the North line of said lot to the Northeast Corner thereof; thence Southerly 13.33 feet along the East line of said lot; thence Southwesterly along a straight llne 48.12 feet to its point of inter- section with the West line of said Lot 9, said point of intersection being 16.66 feet from the Northwest Corner of said lot; thence North 16.66 feet along the West line of said lot to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
