RESOLUTION NO. 55-305 DECLARING SANTA ANA REPRE- <br />SENTATIVE ON CITY-COUNTY COOPERATIVE HIGHWAY COM~fITTEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Orange and various Cities within said <br />County have agreed to the establishment of a committee to study and <br />recommend upon highway problems mutually affecting the entities <br />forming said committee; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THat the City of Santa Aha <br />hereby designates the Director of Public Works of said City as the <br />person to represent the City of Santa Ana on the City-County Co-oper- <br />ative Highway Committee. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha has deter- <br />mined not to enter into any highway or street agreement until such <br />agreement has been considered by the committee herein referred to. <br />However, the City of Santa Aha will not be bound by or necessarily <br />follow any recommendation made by said committee. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND 'ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF ~'~E COUNCIL -- <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />December , 1955. <br /> <br />I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that <br /> <br />I am the Clerk of the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 5th day of December , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
