RESOLUTION NO. 55-307 <br /> <br />CC~CERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations set forth in Resolution <br /> <br />No. 55-137, adopted the 2nd day of May, 1955, and ordering the curb painted <br /> <br />RED, as follows: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br />On the east side of Bush Street, between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows: <br /> North 10.5 feet <br /> <br /> South 8.0 feet of the North 62.5 feet <br /> <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking regulatd~ns and limitations as set <br />forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br />On the east side of Bush 5%reet, between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows: <br /> South 20 feet of the North 8~.5 feet <br /> North 35 feet <br /> and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Acting Director <br /> of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as herein- <br /> above described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 5~h day of <br />ATTEST ~ <br /> DLERK~OF<"rH~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />December , 1955. <br /> <br /> <br />
