RESOLUTION NO. 55-313 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE S. BERRY and EDNA HALL BERRY, husband and wife, <br />have presented to the City Council, ~ grant deed dated November 29, <br />1955 in consideration of payment of $2~0.00 conveying property in the <br />City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet <br />of the ~esterly 16.67 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br /> The North 50 feet of the South 150 feet of the following: <br />Beginning at a point 325 feet ~est of the Northeast corner of <br />Lot $ in Block "A" of Hedges Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on <br />a map thereof, recorded in Book 31, Page 48, Miscellaneous Rec- <br />ords of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence North <br />parallel to the West llne of Baker Street, 3?4 feet; thence West <br />325 feet to the East line of Bristol Street, as said street is <br />shown on the map hereinbefore referred to; thence South along the <br />East line of Bristol Street, 374 feet to the Northwest corner of <br />Lot 19 in Block "B" of said Hedges Addition; and thence East 325 <br />feet to the place of beginning; <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 170 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of December , 1955. <br /> <br />CLE~K OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALI~10RNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that tile foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 19th day of.December , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
