~ESOLUTION NO. 55-317 Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana adopting budget ~and approving memorandum of agreement for expenditure of funds ~llocated under Section 2-107.5 of the Streets amd Highways Code. Wam~EAS, a memorand~ of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the State of California in accordance with a project statement sub- mitted by the City of Santa Aha for expenditure of the engineering allocation to cities for the fiscal year 1956, and W~Z~a~EAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; T~ORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the bud~t of proposed expenditures of the engineering ~11ocation to Cities, and said agree- ment be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are directed to sign the s~m~ on behalf of said City, said ~m~ut to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
