Com & Building <br /> (Lenney H~es, Inc.) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 56-~ GRANTING VARIANCE BUT IMPOSING <br /> CONDITIONS NOT REC0~MENDED BY PLANNING COM~ISSION <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, by Resolution No. 920,° the Planning Commission, after <br /> due hearing, recommended that a Variance requested by Application No. <br /> 730 be granted upon certain conditions, to allow a temporary direc- <br /> tional sign or billboard at 1357 Santiago Street; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ama, after con- <br />sideration of all the facts, finds that special circumstances exist, <br />substantial property rights are involved as set forth in said Resoln- <br />tion No. 920, and that material damage will not result to the other <br />property in the neighborhood if the directional sign requested be lim- <br />ited in size to 10 x 20 feet; <br /> <br /> NOW, %~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ?nat the City Council of the <br /> City of Santa Ama hereby grants a Variance to apply to the property in <br /> the City of Santa Ama knovm and numbered as 1357 Santiago Street to <br /> permit J. W.
