RESOLUTION NO. 56-12 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED W~EAS, MINNIE M. WILD has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated December 17, 1955 conveying property described as: (1) Easements to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, and replace, in the strips of land hereinafter described as Parcels i and 2, a pipe line underground at least 4 feet below the sur- face, for public sanitary sewer purposes. (2) An easement ~o~construct, use and maintain an open ditch for surface water drainage purposes in the strip of land herein- after described in Parcel 2. Grantor reserves the right to connect the lands traversed by said easements to said line or lines for the same purposes; re- serves the right to use said strips for street and alley purposes, and to pave and otherwise improve the surface of said strips, in- cluding the right to cross said strips, with streets and alleys; reserves the right to use along or across said st~ps, lines for water, telephone and electricity; and reserves the right to con- vey said reserved rights to others, and reserves the right to ded- icate both or either of said strips to the City of Santa Ana or to the County of Orange or to the public for streets or alleys. Said strips are in Orange County, 25, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, scribed as follows: California, within Section S. B. B. & M., and are de- PARCEL 1: A strip of land, 30 feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street, 80 feet in width, as described in deed to Orange County recorded June l, 1949, in book 1851, page 303, Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; distant thereon South 0° 53' 33" West 2970.04 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 25, known as the center line of Delhi Road, and running thence from said point of beginning South 89° 22' 10" East 416.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the North, and having a radius of 200 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 26° 42' 56" a distance of 93.25 feet to a line tangent; thence North 63° 54' 54" East 610.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 650 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 17vll' 02" a distance of 194.95 feet; thence North 0v 38' 16" East 319.02 feet. PARCEL 2: A strip of land 4© feet in width, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of the Orange Count~ Flood Control District right of way, distant thereon South 0v 38' 16" West 2335 feet from the intersection of said West line with the center line of Delhi Road, as said right of way and road are shown on a map recorded in Book 28, Page 37, Record of Sur- veys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, and running thence from said point of beginning North 89° 22' 10" West 1528 feet.
