RESOLUTION NO. 56-13 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ELLIS ~. STANLEY and FERN L. STANLEY, husband and ~v <br />wife; ERNEST N. ~INBIGLER, a married man; ROBERT E. WINBIGLER, a <br />married man; and S. A. LINCOLN CORP., a Corporation, have presented <br />to the City Council a grant deed dated January 26, 1956, conveying <br />property in the City of Santa Arm, County of Orange, State of Cali- <br />fornia, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for pipe line purposes, 15.00 feet in width, over <br />that portion of Lots 22 and 23 of the Town of Santa Aha East, <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 10, Page ~, Mis- <br />cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, the Easterly <br />line of which is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast Co~ner of said Lot 22 and running <br />thence South 1° 02' 15" East along the East line of said Lots <br />22 and 23, 745.12 feet. <br /> <br />Subject to an easement for road and public utility purposes over <br />that portion included within Seventeenth Street and to an ease- <br />ment for pipe line purposes over the East 5.00 feet thereof, as <br />granted to the Santa Aha Valley Irrigation Company. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February , 1956. <br />ATTEST: f . - ~ <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Counc~ <br />of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was re ~g~.larly <br />introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the o~h <br />day of February , 1956, and was at said meeting ~egularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale ii.
