RESOLUTION NO. 56-14 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ERNEST N. WINBIGLER, a married man, and ROBERT E. <br />WI NBIGLER, a married man, have presented to ~he City Council a grant <br />deed dated February 6, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the South l0 feet of <br />the North 50 feet of Block 22, "Town of Santa Aha East", <br />as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, Pages 43 and ~ of <br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Oalifornia. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip of land along the West line of <br />said Block 22, conveyed for ~ailroad purposgs by deed <br />recorded August 6, 1887 in Book 274, Page 168 of Deeds, <br />records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1956. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was reg- <br />ularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 6th <br />d~Jof February, 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Dale H.
