RESOLUTION NO. ~6-16 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED ~m~EAB, CLEVE SEDORI$, a single man, has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January 13, 1956 in consideration of payment of $331.30, conveying property described as: An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over the easterly 10 feet of the following described property: Lot 4 of Tract No. 24, in the County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 9 page 23 of Miscella- neous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. ExcEPT that portion thereof lying Northeasterly of the fol- lowing described line: Beginning at a point in the center line of First Street (66 feet wide), distant thereon North 89° 32' ~5" East 193.48 feet from a chiseled cross in the pavement marking the intersection of said center line with the Southerly prolonga- tion of the Westerly line of that certain strip of land as shown "25 feet for road" on map of Mabury Tract recorded in Book 36 Page 65 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles Country; thence South 36° 32' !}~}" East 340.84 feet; thence South 35° 08' ll" East 412.05 feet; thence South 43° 12' 36" East 250.00 feet; thence South 49° 39' 34" East 313.61 feet; thence South 57° 20' 34" East 56~.02 feet to a point in the center line of Main Street, (80 feet wide) dis- tant thereon North 89° 30' 25" East 218.87 feet from the inter- section of said center line of Main Street, with the center line of Williams Street, (66 feet wide) as shown on a map of Stafford and Tustin Tract, recorded in Book 2, page 618 of said Miscella- neous Records. NOW, T~HEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
