RESOLUTION NO. 56-20 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GLENN H. STIVERS and EMMA C. STIVE~, husband and <br />wife, as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half interest, and MORGAN A. <br />STIVER~ and VIRGINIA STIVEP~, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an <br />undivided one-half interest, have presented to the City Council a <br />grant deed dated January 12, 1956, conveying property in the City of <br />Santa &ua, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for road and public utility purposes over the <br />Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden <br />allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 30, Township <br />5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & thence North <br />East 1329.13 feet; thence South 48' 15" East 186 00 feet;. <br />said point being the t~ue point of beginning; thence South 88° <br />48' 15" East 193.31 feet to the Westerly line of the Seccombe <br />Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, Page 89 of Mis- <br />cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, thence <br />S 2° 16' 45" West Aong said Westerly line a distance of 168.89 <br />feet; thence North 88° 52' 00" West 188.53 feet; thence North <br />0° 39' 45" East 169.07 feet to the true point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City~Councll of the City ~f Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the bth. day of_.Februa~ , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY 0F SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the Oth day of February , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed--~ adopted by the'~ollowing vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
