RESOLUTION NO. 56~-26 AUTHORIZING C~ OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR THE WIDENING OF BRISTOIJ'~TREET WHEREAS, Bristol Street as it now exists between Pine and Fourth Streets in the City of Santa Ana, California, is inadequate in width to accormnodate the present and future demands of traffic thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha does hereby find and determine that the public in- retest and necessity require that Bristol Street between Pine Street and Fourth Street be widened and improved as shown on a map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer and herein referred to for greater detail, to accommodate the present and future demands of traffic thereon and further require that said City do have, take and acquire an easement for said purpose in and to those parcels of land described PARCEL l:Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 1, Block B, of Goldsmith's Addition to the town of Santa Aha as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 23, Miscellaneous Rec- ords of Los Angeles County, lU.00 feet Westerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot l; thence Northeasterly in a straight line to a point on the North line of said Lot l, ~hlch is 5.22 feet Westerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot l; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot I to the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence Southerly along the East line of said lot to the Southeast corner of said lot; thence Westerly along the South line of said lot lO.00 feet to the point of beginningS and An easement over the Easterly 10 feet of the following Parcels: PARCEL 2: That portion of Tract No. 999, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on the map thereof recorded in Book 33, page 10, of Miscellaneous Maps, rec- ords of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast co~ner of said Tract No. 999, being the Northwest corner of the intersection of Pine Street and Bristol Street in said City of Santa Ana, as shown on said map, and running thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Pine Street, 126 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with the Westerly line of said Bristol Street, 64 feet; t~ence Easterly, parallel with said Northerly l~ne of Pine Street, 12b feet to said Westerly line of Bristol Street, thence ~outherly, along said Westerly line of said Bristol Street, 64 feet to the point of beginning; PARCEL 3: The North 45 feet of the South 90 feet of the East 90 feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No. 132, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map t~ereof corded in Book ll, Page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; PARCEL 4: The North 45 feet of the South 135 feet of the East 90 feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No. 132, in the City of Santa Ana, County of 0~ange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof re- corded in Book ll, Page 42, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
