RESOLUTION NO. 56-34 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations set forth in Resolution <br /> <br />No. 3747, adopted February 21, 1949, and ordering the curb painted YE.~.T~]W, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> SECOND STREET <br /> <br />On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows: <br /> <br /> East 18 feet of the West 28 feet <br /> <br />and, Resolution No. 3885, adopted December 19, 1949, and ordering the curb <br />painted YEL_LOW, as follows: <br /> <br /> SECOND STREET <br /> <br />On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows: <br /> <br /> East 44 feet of the West 157.2 feet <br /> <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set <br />forth in Section 32/8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> SECOND STREET <br /> <br />On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows: <br /> <br /> East 25 feet of the West 45 feet <br /> East 44 feet of the West 162 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW, and the Acting Director <br />of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Arm at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 6th day of <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />February <br /> <br /> 1956. <br /> <br />Mayor~ ' <br /> <br /> <br />
