RESOLUTION 56-35 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking l~mftations set forth in Resolution <br /> <br />No. 2484, adopted the 5th day of October, 1936 , and ordering the <br /> <br />curb painted RED, as follows: <br /> SECOND STREET <br /> <br />On the South side of Second Street, Between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows: <br /> West 22 feet <br /> East 8 feet <br /> are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is <br /> hereby-directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursn-nt to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Cods, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as set <br />forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> SECOND STREET <br /> <br />On the South side of Second Street, between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows: <br /> West 20 feet <br /> <br />East 8 feet of the West 53 feet <br />East 8 feet of the West 99 feet <br />East 8 feet of the West 170 feet <br />East 8 feet of the West 216 feet <br />East 15 feet of the West 250 feet <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted ~ and the Acting Director of <br />Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 6th day of <br />ATTEST: ~~__. <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 1956. <br /> <br /> <br />
