RESOLUrION NO. 56-37 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitations set forth in Resolution <br /> <br />No. 5009, adopted July 2, 1951, and ordering the curb painted GR~, as follows: <br /> <br /> SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br />On the North side of Seventeenth Street, between Jefferson Place and Broadway, <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> East 20 feet of the West 140 feet <br /> <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Acting Director of Public Works is <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That purse,ant to the provisions of the vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes regulations and l~m4tatious as set forth in <br />Section 3213 of the Santa Ann Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br />On the North side of Seventeenth Street, between Jefferson Place and Broadway, <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> East 14 feet of the West 140 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted R~D~, and the Acting Director <br />of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ann at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 6th day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />STATE OF 8ALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE: ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />Februar~ <br /> <br />, 1956. <br /> <br /> I, ERMAHUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ann; that the forego~-E Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to Said Council at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1956, <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br />to-wit: , <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
