RESOLUTION NO. 56-h0 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MARY E. UNDERWOOD, a m~rrled woman, has presented to <br />the City Council a grant"'d~ dated February 13, 1956 conveying prop- <br />erty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California <br />described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Southeasterly 5.00 <br />feet of the Northwesterly 30.00 feet of the following described <br />property: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot l0 of Tract 1901, <br />as per map thereof recorded in Book 53, Page l, Miscellaneous <br />MaRs, Records of Orange County, California; running thence South <br />89v 52' 00" West along the Westerly extension of the North bound- <br />ary of said Tract No. 1901, 158.30 feet to the center line of King <br />Street, fO feet in width, as shown on said map of Tract 1901; thence <br />South 28° 04, 00" West along said center line of King Street, 74.81 <br />feet to the Northeasterly line of the 100 foot right of way of the <br />Pacific Electric Railway Company as shown on said map of Tract 1901; <br />thence South 53° 16' 30" East along the Northeasterly line of said <br />Pacific Electric Railway Company right of way, 242.02 feet to the <br />Southwesterly corner of Lot ll of said Tract 1901; thence North 0° <br />08' 00" West along the Westerly boundary of said Tract 1901, 211.11 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, Califonuia. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of February , 1956. <br /> <br />AT.ST: <br /> C~~L <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 20th day of Februar~/ . ,1956, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCII2~EN: Dale v <br /> n.
