RESOLUTION NO. 56-41 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VICTOR J. BORCHARD and RUTH MAE BOR~HARD, husband and <br />wife, have presented to tH~0'~ty Council a grant deed dated September <br />26, 1955, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br />State of California described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 5 feet of <br />the property described as: Beginning on the East line of Main <br />Street at a point 48.75 feet South of the Southwest corner of <br />Lot l0 in Block 6 of Lyon's Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on <br />a map thereof recorded in Book 15, Page 49, Miscellaneous Rec- <br />ords of Los Angeles County, Califomia, running thence East 159 <br />feet; thence South 148.93 feet, more or less, to a point on the <br />North line of Bishop Street at the Southwest corner of Lot 17 <br />in Block 6 of said Lyon's Addition; thence West along the North <br />line of Bishop Street, 159 feet to the East line of Main Street; <br />thence North along the East line of Main Street 148.93 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of .?ebru~ry , 1956. <br /> <br />ATTEST ~~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th <br />day of February , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
