RESOLUTION NO. 56-~2 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DIKE AND COLEGROVE, a partnership, have presented to <br />the City Council ~rant deed dated February 13, 1956, conveying <br />property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Call- <br />fornia described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for the construction and maintenance of water <br />mains, together with the right of ingress and egress over, under <br />and along the South 5 feet of Lot 26 and the North 5 feet of <br />Lot 27 of Tract No. 2.483, as shown on a map thereof recorded <br />in Book 86, Pages 3, ~ and 5, Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />said Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- <br />cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of .February ,1~56. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF O~NGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ERNA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th <br />day of February , 1956, and was at said meeting regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: Dale H.
